Common Solutions

Connection Issues

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your QuickBooks account. Click "Disconnect" in the extension, then reconnect.

Data Not Updating

Click the "Refresh" button in the extension to fetch the latest data from QuickBooks.

Authorization Expired

If you see "Session expired", simply reconnect your QuickBooks account to refresh your authorization.

Reinstall Extension

If issues persist, try removing the extension from Chrome and reinstalling it from scratch.
