Specific service level agreements (SLAs) will be defined in individual service contracts. Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. The services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
